Molasses Creek/Park Pipeline – Chris reported that he met with King County and signed all the documents.  He made one additional request prior to the signing which was to add a time frame so that it forces King County to give us a 30 day written notification if we are not in compliance with anything.

Homeowner Appeals – There were no appeals to be heard.

It was noted that the homeowner who requested an appeal hearing will attend the January meeting instead of tonight due to the bad weather.

Community Events – The home holiday decoration judging will be December 20th.  Five awards will be handed out.

Pride In Ownership – On hold until spring.

Minutes of the Previous Meeting – A motion was made 2nd and approved to accept the November meeting minutes as amended.  Barb was given the changes in hard copy.

Financial Report – The monthly financial report was accepted as presented.  Richard turned in the invoice from the Boy Scouts for the property cleanup and front entryway decorating.

Treasurer’s Report – Ray explained that the HOA is in good financial shape.  There is money set aside for our share of Molasses Creek.

Architectural Control Report – Christine reported via email that there is a home that has what looks like a barn door as a garage door.  This was done without architectural approval.  Dave will talk to Christine about it and decide how to move forward.

Common Properties Report – Great job by the Boy Scouts in the front entryway.  Chris did request additional lights.

Dave asked if we are going to set a date for new playground equipment in the park.  He knows of a company that he can get a bid from.  Brandy will also request a bid from the company that put in the equipment that is in place now.

The “dog station” has been installed in the park.

Covenant Enforcement – All homes in violation were reviewed.

Unfinished Business – See the outstanding action items below.

New Business
